The Task
In January 2016, severe wave-driven erosion caused by a series of El Nino storms threatened several apartment homes located on cliffs in Pacifica, California. Singer Associates represented the City of Pacifica in their efforts to enforce mandatory evacuations and demolition of the affected apartments after the owner of one of the apartments buildings sought to appeal the City’s decision.
