The most dire and consequential environmental problem facing our world today is global warming. Singer Associates was retained by The Climate Group to help prepare for a Climate & Energy Roundtable and press conference with Prime Minister Tony Blair, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and prominent multi-national CEOs in Long Beach, Calif.

The Roundtable resulted in a UK/CA agreement to share ideas and technologies and reduce greenhouse emissions. Following the roundtable, the Governor signed into legislation AB 32, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006, which set an ambitious target to reduce California’s greenhouse gas emissions.
