The Hills at Vallco
The Task
Singer Associates represented Sand Hill Property Company in their campaign to redevelop Vallco Shopping Mall from a largely vacant retail-only structure into a vibrant, mixed-use town center with the world’s largest green roof and over half a billion dollars in community benefits, called The Hills at Vallco.
The Solution
Singer Associates developed a multilayered communications strategy, which announced the project and supported continuing education about its features. The strategy focused on bilingual community outreach, media placements and education initiatives, the greatest and most effective of which was our social media strategy. We also developed a project website and accompanying multimedia assets.
